Samantha has over 30 years’ experience in handling both domestic and commercial claims from various sources within the insurance industry. She joined Harris Balcombe as a Technical Manager in the Domestic Division in 2019.

Samantha has successfully achieved both Cert CII and Cert CILA status and is currently undertaking the Dip CII qualification. Samantha is a member of CILA, AIFAA and CII.
